How It Works

By leveraging technology for good, we have been able to educate hundreds of pastors across India at zero cost to them.

Using two-way video conferencing, our three American teachers lead 1-3 day conferences, 6 hours at a time (in the middle of the night) from the United States.

Over 8,000 miles away, our lead partner, KP, translates everything in real time to the 100-200+ Indian pastor in attendance.

Our primary goals are to:

EDUCATE

Providing quality Biblical teaching to pastors who are hungry to share the Word of God.

EQUIP

Offer in-depth Bible studies and teaching support so they can bring the gospel back to their communities

EMPOWER

Remind them that they don’t need a degree to share the love of Christ. And that they, like the earliest disciples, have been already been called and equipped with the Holy Spirit.

ENCOURAGE

Remind them that they are not alone. That we, their brothers & sisters in Christ, stand with them as we build The Kingdom together.

Family Conferences

Thanks to your support, once a year we host a three-day conference specifically for pastors and their wives.

Our teaching focuses on the biblical model for marriage and ministry partnership—a vision often at odds with traditional cultural or Hindu perspectives.

We have witnessed God bring profound healing to many marriages as couples align their lives with these scriptural truths.

Training Up Local Conference Leaders

Recently, we have begun extensive training for a few carefully selected Indian leaders. These leaders are given in-depth instruction in The India Pastors Project conference model, as well as all teaching materials, so that they might replicate the model on their own.

Community Development & Crisis Response

While not a central part of our mission, thanks to your generosity, we have been able to invest in many of our pastors’ communities through a one-time gift.
